Through our time together, we’ll explore what makes you feel like you don’t belong and simple practices you can do to help you recognize that you belong. Through the first guided meditation, you will explore anchors that reflect a deep sense of belonging, guiding you on a path of your ennate wholeness. The second guided meditation offers space to explore and uproot the root causes of not belonging, allowing you to reconnect with ever-unfolding layers of your true self and find your way home
