I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a background in Spiritual Psychotherapy; originator of Hynni Energy Healing; and author of The Great Work: Self-Knowledge and Healing Through the Wheel of the Year (May 2015); The Noble Art: From Shadow to Essence Through the Wheel of the Year (October 2021) and the upcoming Psychopomps and the Soul: Traversing Death and Life for Healing and Wholeness (May 2025). In my spiritual life, I am a member of the Sisterhood of Avalon, the Anglesey Druid Order, and OBOD. I also welcome conversations on topics of particular passion: Celtic traditions, Alchemy, Tarot, runes, ogham, how to craft a life of passion and empowerment...the usual suspects!
